We are keen to hear from developers, landowners, communities and individuals on how they think Midlothian should develop over the period to 2032.

Midlothian Council has prepared its second Development Plan Scheme as required under the Town Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006. 

The Council has prepared draft Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) ‘Managing Waste in New Developments’.  Comments on the SPG are invited by close of Friday 10^th September 2010.
