Landlord accreditation
Midlothian Council and Landlord Accreditation Scotland are working together to introduce Landlord Accreditation Scheme to Midlothian in 2011.
Landlord Accreditation Scotland is a voluntary scheme by which landlords and letting agents can assure tenants that the tenancy arrangements they have adhere to the high standards outlined in the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords.
Becoming an accredited landlord or letting agent with Landlord Accreditation Scotland, is a way of demonstrating to landlords and tenants that your management practices are above the minimum legal requirements.
