Flooding, road gullies and drainage

Midlothian Council Road Services is responsible for the maintenance of surface water drainage and gullies in public roads. If you would like to notify us of a surface water drainage problem please contact Road Services or Clarence.

Responsibility for most fresh water supplies and foul drainage lies with Scottish Water.
