Pay and Display parking

All council-run car parks in Midlothian are free to use apart from North Wynd in Dalkeith, where charges have applied from Friday 15 July 2011. The ticketing system is controlled by car park operator, CP Plus.

The penalty for not complying with the parking restriction in North Wynd Car Park is £80 and fines are collected by CP Plus.

All other parking fines issued for parking and fines against a stationary vehicle are enforced and collected by Lothian and Borders Police, and can be paid online:
