Alcohol, drugs and substance abuse

Midlothian and East Lothian Drug and Alcohol Partnership (MELDAP) is a multi-agency partnership working together to lead and co-ordinate the prevention and reduction of problems associated with drugs and alcohol.

One of our aims is to make it easier for everyone in Midlothian to become better informed about drugs and alcohol, whether their interest is for themselves, as a parent, friend or as a professional in the field.
