Assessing your needs

An assessment is your opportunity to tell us any difficulties you may be having looking after yourself or in remaining independent in the community. You can tell us your views on how you are managing, what you can and can't do, and what you feel you need.

Our staff will consider your information and needs, and let you know how quickly we will be able to visit you to complete your assessment.

We also provide assessments for carers, anyone who looks after family members, partners, or friends, who need of help due to illness, disability or old age.
