How to request an item from the library
Requesting an item in stock
You may request anything listed on the library catalogue for a small administrative charge. This charge is not refundable if we are unable to supply the item requested.

Requesting an item not in stock
You may request any item not in stock but there is no guarantee it will be supplied.
If we obtain a book for you from a library outside Midlothian (an inter-library loan) there is an administrative charge. It is sometimes possible to obtain items from abroad.
