Planning applications - search and make comment
Search for planning applications and decisions
Disruption to Service, week commencing 21 April 2014.
An essential upgrade is being carried out on the ‘Planning Application Search’ site. Please do not create any new saved searches or tracked applications during this time.
The ePlanning facility allows you to search for, inspect, and make comment on planning applications dating back to 2008. Confidential documents are not available to view. You can search for applications by reference number, address, or by using the map. You will also be able to view any decision notices issued for the application.
using the application lists function of the ePlanning facility. A valid application is an application which has been fully registered and is in the process of being assessed. An application which has been decided has had a decision notice issued and is now a closed case.
The council has produced a guide on how to use the ePlanning facility for those who may want a more detailed overview of the functions held within it.
Making comment on a planning application
If you wish to object to a planning application or make comments in support of a proposal you may also do so using the ePlanning facility.
Online documents and plans have been redacted in accordance with the Council's ePlanning redaction policy. Data protection and copyright issues are detailed in the terms and conditions.
Please read these documents carefully prior to using the search facility.
