Terms and conditions / safe use

Children should follow the Snowsports Centre staff's instructions at all times
Only 10 Tubes maximum will be used on the Nursery slope for parties
Parties may have a maximum of 15 participants with children sharing tubes.
Only 1 child at a time in a tube
Children should not stand in tubes
Children should wear gloves, long sleeved tops, trousers and outdoor footwear.
Adults are not permitted to use tubes
The party organiser/parent should assist with supervision to the following ratios:
- 5 years and under 1 adult to 5 children
- 6 years and over 1 adult to 10 children
- 4 and 5 year olds must have parental supervision at all times
Party assistants/organisers should follow the Snowsports Centre's staff instructions at all times.
If your party is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions - thunder, lightning or gale-force winds you may re-book for a later date or request a refund.
14 days notice is required to transfer a booking subject to availability.
1 month's notice is required to cancel a booking subject to a 10% administration charge.
