Challenge a parking ticket
Before challenging a ticket, you can view photographs taken by the parking attendant, a day later.
Enter the parking ticket (PCN) number and vehicle registration to view, and submit your challenge online.
By post
Include your parking ticket reference (beginning MC), if you know it, and vehicle registration number. Send a letter to:

We aim to respond within 28 working days and your ticket will be put 'on hold' and no further charges will be applied until we reply.
