Computers in libraries

The Live IT Centre in your local library offers you:

• free use of computers
• free Internet
• ability to find quality information online
• the opportunity to develop IT skills

You can book a computer for up to an hour at a time by contacting your Local Library.

You can develop new skills by:

• attending a "taster session" such as computing for the terrified
• attending an IT class in the library
• obtaining one-to-one help with a Live IT Sidekick
• logging onto an online course such as ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) or Information Handling Skills

Use of LIVE IT centres is free of charge, although charges are applied for printing and the purchase of flash drives.
