What is an Access Card?

The Access to Midlothian card can be used by anyone to gain admission to our Sport and Leisure facilities at discounted rates.

If you are in one of the categories listed on the application form, which can be downloaded, you can get free or concessionary access. Other members of the public can buy a card and enjoy the same discounts.

The card can be used at Council leisure centres, swimming pools, tennis courts, bowling greens, putting greens, floodlit all-weather sport areas and the golf course at Vogrie Country Park.

How do I get an Access Card?

Applying for a card is easy.

Simply print and complete the application form below and take two passport sized photographs to your nearest leisure centre or swimming pool where you will be issued with your card.

If you are applying for free or concessionary access you will need suitable documentary proof of entitlement as listed on the form. 

The Access to Midlothian Card can be valid from 3 months to 5 years from the date of issue. However cards can also be purchased for a six month or 12 month period.
