John Blair is Director of Corporate Resources which provides key services to customers and residents at Midlothian including:

• revenues and benefits
• planning and development
• building standards
• waste services
• roads and transport services
• property and construction
• facilities management
• land services

This division also presents a range of internal services to the Council including:

• financial services
• human resources
• administrative and corporate support

He is assisted in this by:
