Council Performance Information

A variety of information about the quality of services that the council provides is gathered in order to take action to improve.  This information includes:

• Statutory Performance Indicators (SPIs).
• A regular Council Services' Survey (completed by members of the Citizens' Panel).
• Quarterly Performance Reporting, including the achievement of divisional and corporate priorities, customer satisfaction and financial information.
• Public Performance Reporting (PPR)
