Mutual exchanges

A mutual exchange is when tenants agree to swap their houses, with the consent of their landlord(s).  It is open to Council tenants, Housing Association and Housing co-operative tenants.

If 2 tenants agree they would like to swap houses, each must fill out a mutual exchange form. Forms are available from reception.

If you live in a council house you can now join Homeswapper free, which is a national home swap service which matches your needs exactly. Please note that if your landlord does not subscribe to Homeswapper registration costs may apply.
