Tenant participation

Tenant participation is tenants and the Council working together to improve housing services. 

The Council consults with tenants and Registered Tenants Organisations on matters including our:

• New Build Programme
• Tenant Participation Strategy 2012 - 2015 (PDF)
• Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2012

Tenants take part in decision making about housing policies which have an impact on them.  It is about sharing information, ideas and power.
