Midlothian Tenants Day - Saturday 26 May

Published on

All Council tenants are invited to the Midlothian Tenants Day in Dalkeith Arts Centre.

This is the event for our Council tenants - find out more about the issues which affect you:

  • Welfare benefits reform
  • Extra Care Housing development
  • Tenant Participation
  • Local neighbourhood plans
  • Energy efficiency
  • Registered Tenants Organisations
  • The Midlothian Youth Platform

The event will run from 10:00 until 13:00.

There will be a panel of guest speakers including Kevin Anderson, Head of Housing and Community Safety. Tenants will have an opportunity to ask questions in a Q+A session.

"I'd encourage all of our tenants to come along to this free event. Senior housing staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. It's a great opportunity for our tenants to find out more about the issues that affect them."

Kevin Anderson, Head of Housing and Community Safety

Lunch will be provided, and every tenant who attends will get a free ticket for our raffle. There will also be a one-woman drama performance by Naomi Breeze.
