The third annual Midlothian Games returns to Bonnyrigg's King George V Park this Summer on Sunday, 17 June between 11am and 4pm.
It's an opportunity for the whole family to try a range of sports, activities and training including skiing, bungee trampoline, crazy golf, bungee football, bouncy boxing, climbing wall, football speed cage and much more.
There's a series of sports challenges taking place throughout the park, for example 1k, 3k fun runs and father's day sprints. You can also enter the Midlothian Games events, a series of challenges based on Olympic sports.
Local clubs will be putting on displays and there it's also an opportunity to watch the Primary School Olympic Torch run. And look out for Mac Bear, the Midlothian Active Schools mascot.
