Harris has been chosen for the brand new season of a pan-european Disney XD production as a new star of action sports.

Some of the world's most promising young skiing and snowboarding talent will compete for the chance to perform alongside the world's best at ESPN's prestigious Winter X Games Europe, in the return of six part TV series from Monday 25 April 2011 at 8.30am on Disney XD.

Next X, an action sports reality series, will chronicle the journeys of nine kids selected from across Europe as they showcase their phenomenal talents in their quest to become Disney XD's Next X superstar.

Representing the UK is 13-year-old Harris Booth, from Edinburgh, who freestyles at Midlothian Snowsports Centre 2-3 times a week.  Harris began skiing at the age of four and by the time he reached the age of 11, he had already set his heart on becoming a freestyle skier.  All his hard work and determination has since paid off as he's currently ranked 5 overall in the British Snow Tour.
