Here at Midlothian Council, we're launching a new scheme - Celebrate Midlothian - to recognise excellent service. And we want to hear your experiences to help us choose a worthy winner of our Customer Service Award.
All you have to do is tell us your name, address and contact details along with the name or names of those staff you are nominating.
You can then tell us why you are nominating this team or individual, what they do for you or others and the difference they make. We may contact you further if we feel we would like to ask you more details.
