How to enter
Phone or email us by 18 April to ensure you can vote in the Local Council Election on 3 May 2012:
- Phone 0131 344 2500 and quote "MidVote" in your conversation
- Email your name and address to election@lothian-vjb.gov.uk with "MidVote" in the subject line

The winner will be selected at random from all entries.

Midlothian Council and the Electoral Registration Office reserve the right to feature the winner in any publicity material.
