Health and safety training - Managing Safely

Introduction

This three day internationally recognised and respected CPD accredited health and safety management course is aimed at managers, supervisors and team leaders.
Course details
This course will give you the knowledge, confidence and skills to regularly manage health and safety issues in your workplace. Over the three days, you will cover topics which include:
- Introducing managing safely;
- Assessing risks;
- Controlling risks;
- Understanding responsibilities;
- Understanding hazards;
- Investigating incidents;
- Measuring performance.
The course material includes the IOSH training manual training notes, a number of group based exercises and activities; a small work based project. On day three you will complete a written assessment including a multiple choice element.
On successful completion

You will be awarded an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.
