Summary

Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plans (CAAMPs) are a non-statutory form of planning guidance.  

The purpose of the guidance is to:

• Highlight the significance of the conservation area in terms of its built environment and history
• Provide a framework for managing change within the Conservation Area.
