Memberships
We have reopened our membership options for customers. Please contact centres for more information.
All of our 'pay as you go' prices have now returned to pre-covid levels. Current memberships are at their normal direct debit level.
Some restrictions remain in place in our leisure centres, so visit your centre’s page on our website for more details before you come along.

Libraries
All libraries are open as usual.
You can reserve items directly from the library catalogue (log into your account with Borrower number and PIN).

The libraries are open for:
- Browsing
- All returns
- Computer usage by pre-booking only
- Hearing aid batteries and dog waste bags
- NEC and Blue Badge enquiries and forms
- Reserve and Collect pick-ups
To make a Reserve and Collect enquiry please either book using the web form or contact the branch library by phone or email.
Libraries - fine free
There are now no more fines or charges for all our Midlothian library users.
Printing, photocopying and laminating will still carry a charge, but the hire of CDs and DVDs will now be free of charge.

We continue to offer a range of free online services including:

Football pitches
Sport and Leisure can take football bookings.
Please call or visit the leisure centre associated with each specific pitch to book.
Parks
Parks, including Vogrie Country Park will follow normal opening hours.
All children’s outdoor equipped play areas are open. We are encouraging users to clean hands before and after use.
