It consists of single-storey buildings linked by corridors or streets. There is a wide range of activities that residents can choose to participate in.

Facilities

• Each room compromises a larger than standard room with en suite facilities, and there is also 1 double room in each wing where couples can live.
• Some rooms have a door out to a secure garden, and residents have their own patio area where they can put a chair or some potted plants.
• The outside doors can be opened during the day but are centrally locked at night for security.
