Employability and Learning - Into Work

We support disabled and neurodivergent individuals and those with long-term health conditions, aged 16 and above.

Into Work is a free personalised supported employment service. We provide advice and practical support to help individuals overcome barriers and to secure fair, meaningful, and sustainable employment.

We provide a wrap-around service with input from our income maximisation, wellbeing, and lived experience and training teams.
