Who they work with
Unemployed women and non-binary people age 16+ with a confirmed job interview, or who are looking for support in their job search.
-
Description
Smart Works Scotland gives unemployed women the clothing, coaching and confidence they need to help them get the job. Clients can come for different appointments depending on where they are in their job-search journey. A one-hour Career Coaching appointment is available for those who want to get advice on improving their CV, writing cover letters and help with their job search. An Interview Dressing & Preparation appointment lasts two-hours and allows clients the chance to find a free, high-quality interview outfit (including handbag, shoes and accessories) followed by a mock interview with an experienced coach.
-
How to access
Clients who are interested in an appointment will need to be referred by someone helping them on their job-search journey. This could be a work coach or employment advisor, a support worker or a link worker at their local GP. Please call Smart Works Scotland if you would like help with identifying someone who can refer you.
