The gym and changing rooms are open. 

• Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 21:00
• Friday and Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 
• Sunday 14:00 - 18:00

Memberships

• £5 joining fee for new members between 1 and 30 September. 
• No joining fee for customers who have a Fit in 8 membership and want to take a full membership before 1 November.
