Please note: Our lockers require a £1 coin or token to operate.  Please bring one along with you on your visit as staff cannot loan customers any coins.

Memberships

£10/£5 joining fee in May

£10 joining fee from 1/05/2022 until the 31/05/2022.  Join Tone Zone in May and pay only £10 joining fee for over 18 memberships and £5 for Teenzone, junior and student memberships.  If signing up online for an over 18 membership use the code JFA22 on the payment screen for your discount.  Teenzone, junior and student applications should call the centres direct or apply in person for the £5 joining fee due to membership criteria checks.

Keeping everyone safe

Arriving at the centre

Customers can now use Tone Zone, lane swims and public swim sessions without having to book in advance.

We will still require customers to report to reception before entering the facility.  While we are getting back to normal there are still a few rules in place for customers to follow:

Face masks must be worn when travelling around the centres and by any spectators.

Customers should try to maintain a safe distance between others.

Tone Zone equipment should be wiped down and cleaned after use.

Some activities may still have a restriction on numbers.

One way systems are still in place in some areas.

If you are not on our system we will add you for track & trace purposes.

We will maintain our covid cleaning regimes where possible.

• You must follow guidance and restrictions. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave immediately.

Please stay at home if you have any of these symptoms:

• A new and continuous cough
• A high temperature
• A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell.

Teen Zone users

• You must have had a gym induction, and must attend with an adult.
• A member of staff will be there to help.
