Normal opening hours

• Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 21:00
• Friday 07:00 - 20:00
• Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 (Pool closes at 15:45, last entry is 15:00)
• Sunday 09:00 - 18:00 (Pool closes at 17:00, last entry is 16:00)

Our lockers require a £1 coin or token to operate. Please bring one along with you on your visit we cannot loan you any coins.

Sensory friendly swim sessions

These sessions are for individuals who are sensitive to light and sound levels usually found in the pool areas.  The sessions will be on a Thursday from 11:15 - 12:15 and a Friday from 18:50 - 19:50

During the sessions we will adhere to the following set up:

• No music played.
• Reduced surrounding lighting.
• A quiet room will be available.
• No tannoy announcements.

Teen Zone users

• You must have had a gym induction, and must attend with an adult.
• A member of staff will be there to help. 
• Teenzone sessions:
  • Monday 16:30- 17:30
  • Wednesday 16:15-17:15
  • Thursday 16:15-17:15

Keeping everyone safe

Customers should try to maintain a safe distance between others.

Tone Zone equipment should be wiped down and cleaned after use.

Some activities may still have a restriction on numbers.

We will maintain our covid cleaning regimes where possible.

Please stay at home if you have any of these symptoms:

• A new and continuous cough
• A high temperature
• A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell.
