Licence and permit applications - Personal licence
Who should apply?
All premises that sell alcohol must have a designated Premises Manager who holds a Personal Licence. A Personal Licence allows the holder to authorise or supervise the sale of alcohol.
In many premises, other members of staff also hold personal licences so that they can also authorise sales, conduct staff training, and as a matter of general best practice.
Please ensure you read the guidance notes in the application pack before submitting your application.
