Pre-application consultation, including two public exhibition events, to get feedback on the proposed erection of a high school (the relocated Beeslack Community High School), severe and complex medical needs stage accommodation, community facilities, swimming pool, University of Edinburgh First Opinion Practice (veterinary clinic) and associated works. -
Outcome
Please note this is separate to the consultation about relocating Beeslack Community High School and changing the associated catchments.
18 questionnaires received and 44 people attended the first public event. Details of response rate of second event TBC.
Please note this is what is known as a statutory pre-application consultation in advance of the submission of a planning application for this development.

Drop in on Wednesday 15 May from 4pm to 8pm to:
- Bilston Primary School, Park Avenue, Bilston, EH25 9SD
Representatives from Holder Planning Ltd, consultants acting on behalf of Midlothian Council and the University of Edinburgh, were on hand to answer any questions about the proposed development at Easter Bush, which includes the relocated Beeslack Community High School.
This second and final public exhibition set out how the feedback and comments received following the first event at Beeslack Community High School on 18 April were considered.

Exhibition boards were on display showing drawings of the proposed development, which are also available on the Holder Planning website.
