We approved additional non-denominational capacity for Burnbrae Primary School at a new campus on the site of the former Hopefield Primary School in Bonnyrigg. -
Summary
We asked for your views on our proposal that this additional capacity will be used to provide Early Level education and accommodate all nursery and Primary 1 pupils. -
The consultation report is now published
Details of the opinions captured, both oral and written, are included in our consultation report, published today (Monday 7 August).
It includes Education Scotland's response
The report also includes the response to the consultation by Education Scotland, the national body which supports quality and improvement in Scottish education.
How to give feedback
There is now a period of three weeks for further consideration before making a decision on whether to progress with the proposals, either in whole or in part.

Councillors will make a decision
