Midnight League - Newtongrange

Midlothian Council and the Scottish FA have announced a free five a side football league for children aged between 12 and 16.

The programme begins in January 2017 and is being hosted at three different locations (Newtongrange, Bonnyrigg and Penicuik) with all sessions being delivered by Scottish Football Association coaches.

Newtongrange will host sessions at the Saltire Soccer Centre from Saturday the 28th of January until Saturday the 1st of April 2017 between 6:30pm and 8pm every week.

To enjoy free five-a-side games every Saturday come along to the Saltire Soccer Centre at the organised time and be guaranteed a game! Organised by qualified Scottish FA coaches you can attend as part of a group or individually, learning some new skills and meeting new people.

Help us design the new joint primary campus at Hopefield

Drop in and tell us what you think is important when we are designing the new joint campus for St Mary's and Burnbrae primary schools.

At this drop-in event you'll be able to see the existing site ownership plan and raise any issues you have about plans for the new building. What you tell us will inform the initial design studies and help develop a draft site plan for the proposed building.

Further drop-in sessions will be held in the future so that you can review the draft and continue to give us feedback about our proposals.

Members of our education service will be at the library to hear your views. We look forward to seeing you there.
