The current Development Plan for Midlothian
Midlothian Local Plan (2008)

At its meeting on 23 December 2008, Midlothian Council agreed, by resolution, to adopt the Midlothian Local Plan. The Plan was made operative from that date (thereby replacing the previous Midlothian and Shawfair Local Plans adopted in 2003).
