Who should apply?
Anyone who provides entertainment for the public in line with the council's resolution.

- capacity 1,001 to 5,000: £866
- capacity 5,001 to 10,000: £2,022
- capacity over 10,000: £4,622
Temporary (one off event)
- capacity under 1,000 £194
- capacity 1,001 to 5,000 £387
- capacity 5,001 to 10,000 £903
- capacity over 10,000 £2,064
Public Indoor Sports Entertainment Licence application or renewal (3 years): £377 -
Additional information
Subject to the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, all convictions must be declared including those not resulting in imprisonment or fines e.g. Admonitions, Community Service Orders, Compensation Orders, Deferred Sentences, Probation Orders, etc.

You must display an “Intimation of Application” for no less than 21 days and send back a 'Certificate of Compliance' to certify that this has been done if applying or renewing a 3 year licence.
