Environmental information request
The law gives you the right to see environmental information collected and held by the Council, including things like:
- Air and water quality
- Noise
- Waste
- Radiation
- Plans or activities that affect the above

- We will tell you in advance if there is a cost for providing the information.
- We will respond to you within 20 working days, although we may ask you for more details first to help us find what you want. In complex cases we are allowed by law to take up to 40 days, but in this case we will write to you and explain why.
