Cancel and claim a refund for the garden waste collection service.
You will be asked for:
- Collection address
- Name and address registered to debit or credit card used for payment
- Payment receipt number - if you have it
- Amount paid and how much to be refunded
- Contact number and email address
If your sticker has already been dispatched, you will need to return it for a refund. Please return it to:
