- move house (if we can't contact you, we will remove you from the waiting list)
- move into a private rented property
- have a baby.
Before you begin
We will ask for:
- Your housing application reference number. If you don't have this, call 0131 271 3394. We will ask for your name, address and date of birth.
- The birth certificate of any child you are adding to the application.
- If you are telling us about a new private tenancy, the lease for your property. Just the front page and any signatures.
Paper documents
If you take a photo of the document on your phone or tablet, you can easily upload it directly to the form from your device.
Either:
- select 'Begin this form' (below). You don't need to sign in, as long as you complete each page in less than 10 minutes.
- or register and sign in with myaccount. If you are signed in, the form will save and you can finish it later. Your contact details will be already filled in.
