Pay for it

You can use a debit or credit card to pay a number of council bills online.

• Please note there is a £2.50 charge for payments made by credit card.
• Payments by debit card are free.
• To make a payment you will need your reference number. This is usually found on your bill or invoice.

Payments are made through Civica, a secure bill payment service.

Make a payment online:

• Housing Benefit overpayment (repayments)
• Non-domestic Rates (Business Rates)
• Community Charge
• Council bills/invoices eg:
  • Home Care
  • Rechargeable repairs
  • ToneZone memberships
  • Non-domestic waste
