Our primary and secondary school lunch halls are now open to all pupils.
There is a daily choice of two hot meals, soups, sandwiches, desserts and drinks, and fresh fruit and vegetables. The menu is designed to offer a nutritionally balanced lunch, following Government Nutritional Guidelines (April 2021). Learn about health promotion and nutrition in schools on the government website.
We are committed to sourcing from UK suppliers where possible. We use local suppliers for meat, vegetables and milk. All our fish comes from sustainable sources.

Special dietary requirements
Important: let your school know if your child has an allergy, intolerance, special diet or health care plan.
Allergies and special diets
If your child has a medically prescribed diet, the catering team would need information from your doctor or another medical provider. Contact your nursery or school’s office to arrange to discuss this with the Catering Supervisor.
We design the menus to meet as wide a range of diets as possible, such as religious and vegetarian. We can also adapt the menu for medical conditions such as allergies or intolerances to foods. Children on special medical diets will meet their nutritional requirements during their lunch time meal.
If your child has an allergy to certain ingredients please let your school know.
These allergens may be in some meals:
- Cereals (containing gluten)
- Sesame seeds
- Sulphur dioxide
