Call for local people to help shape Midlothian’s future

Do you want to play a part in shaping public services in your area? Then why not apply to become a member of the Midlothian Citizens' Panel?

Surveys

Midlothian Community Planning Partnership is now looking for people from all walks of life from across Midlothian to take part. The Citizens' Panel is made up of 1000 members who are asked for their views around twice a year. Surveys are completed online or alternatively using a paper form sent through the post. You might also be telephoned occasionally or asked to join a small group looking at a particular topic or service.

Topics

The questions can cover a wide range of topics, from general levels of satisfaction with services to issues around specific services like roads or libraries.

Make a difference

“As a member of the Citizens' Panel, you really can make a difference,” said the Chair of the Midlothian Community Planning Partnership Board, Councillor Kelly Parry. “I would urge local people to consider taking part and to play a part in shaping the future of Midlothian.”
