Early Learning and Childcare preference form for places from August 2023 to July 2024.

Please use the link below to complete the form if:

• Your child already attends a Midlothian Council early learning and childcare setting and you want to change the days they attend
• Your child already attends an early learning and childcare setting and you want to move them to a different council setting in August
• Your child will become entitled to funded early learning and childcare during the 2023/24 academic year (born between 1 March 2020 and 28 February 2021) and you would like them to attend a Midlothian Council early learning and childcare setting

If your child already attends a council setting and you do not want to change the days they attend or move them to another council setting you do not need to complete this form.

The form closes on Wednesday 31 May.

We will let parents and carers know where they have been allocated a place on Friday 9 June.

This does not apply to private and voluntary ELC settings or childminders, and does not apply to the council settings at Woodburn PS ELC, Hawthorn, Scots Corner or Vogrie. Parents and carers should contact these direct.
