Options if your child isn't eligible for free transport

If your child is not eligible for transport to school they may still be able to use school transport if there is space. 

Availability and withdrawal of places
Privilege places are only available if we already provide transport to their school, it has space and it will not cost us to provide this.

We can withdraw this offer with one week's notice if the seat becomes needed for a pupil who is eligible for school transport. 

Apply for a place
Apply for a place every year from September once transport arrangements for eligible pupils have been finalised.

Parents, guardians or carers remain responsible for taking their child to school until a decision is made.
