Waste bin charges for new build housing
We charge £250 per property to provide waste bins and recycling boxes to new build housing.
The charge is payable when you apply for street naming and/or property numbering.
We will deliver the waste bins and recycling boxes once the property has been formally registered, and the occupier lets us know they have moved in.
