Waste bin charges for new build housing

Midlothian Council charges for providing waste bins and recycling boxes to all new build housing.

The charge is payable when you apply for street naming and/or property numbering.

2023/24 charge for a set of bins and boxes

• £104.00 per property

We will deliver waste/recycling containers once the property has been formally registered, and the occupier lets us know they have moved in.
