Keeping the Promise in Midlothian is governed by The Midlothian Community Planning Partnership.
The priority actions will all be built on the foundations which are critical and must be at the heart of Midlothian’s plans and priorities for children and their families. These foundations are:

Corporate Parenting and Promise Plan
Our Midlothian plan contributes to the wider Scotland's Promise Plan 24-30 by focusing on outcomes relating to Voice, Family, People and Scaffolding. Through strengthening participation, improving transitions, supporting the workforce and embedding corporate parenting responsibilities across services, we aim to contribute to both local improvement and Scotland's wider commitment to keep the promise.
