The new fun slope is part of Destination Hillend, a £13.8 million capital project to develop the centre into a multi-activity leisure facility.
The 130 metre fun slope was designed by snowsports firm Briton Engineering and includes three different types of pitches, jumps and other features to appeal to everyone from beginners to elite athletes.

Freestyle coaching can be pre booked online by selecting a 'Freestyle Slope Session.' Sessions are available from 19:00 - 20:30 on the following dates (subject to Government restrictions)

Fun slope users should be competent skiers or snowboarders, able to confidently turn in parallel or link their snowboard turns.
Helmets are compulsory on all slopes.
