Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers available and can be used for any activities in the Centre (with the exception of the Café).

You can buy a voucher for £15, £25 or £50. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Our vouchers come in paper form and can either be posted out to yourself or collected from the Reception at the Centre.

Terms of Use

1. Gift vouchers are issued as physical vouchers and must be retained by the purchaser or recipient until they are redeemed.
2. Lost, misplaced or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, reissued or refunded.  The original voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
3. We are unable to accept responsibility for vouchers that have been lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen after they have been issued.
4. Gift vouchers are valid only until the expiry date on the voucher.  Once a voucher has expired, it cannot be extended, replaced, reissued or refunded.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed without the original voucher being presented.  A receipt, proof of purchase, voucher number or other information relating to the original purchase does not entitle the holder to a replacement voucher.
6. Gift vouchers are treated as cash equivalents and should therefore be kept safe.  We recommend that customers retain their voucher securely until they are ready to use it.
7. We reserve the right to refuse redemption where the original voucher cannot be produced, has expired, appears to have been altered or has already been redeemed.
8. No exceptions can be made to this policy where a voucher has been lost or has passed its expiry date.
