Challenge a parking ticket
Enter the parking ticket reference (beginning MC) and vehicle registration to view details of your parking ticket.
You can then either pay or appeal online.
View details of your parking ticket
Our parking attendants record the time, date and location of the fine. They take photos of the vehicle, signs and road markings, that can be viewed a day later.
We aim to respond within 28 working days and your ticket will be put 'on hold' and no further charges will be applied until we reply.

If your challenge is successful
If your ticket is cancelled a Notice of Acceptance will be sent to you and you will not have to pay the fine.
If your challenge is unsuccessful
If your challenge is unsuccessful you will be sent a Notice of Rejection.

A parking adjudicator will make the final decision.
