Walk The Line 2024

This year's annual Walk The Line event for all the family will take place on Saturday 28 September 2024.

Applications forms are available from all Midlothian libraries and Midlothian House in Dalkeith.

The walk will once again consist of an 8 mile, 5 mile and 3 mile option, with a picnic lunch included and tea/coffee and biscuits at the 'finish line'

It's a great day out to get some exercise, fresh air and have a chat with others on the walk.

Once again a big thank you to our sponors without whom, none of this would be possible:

New walking routes in Pathhead

Preston Hall House Estate recently completed the upgrading and renewal of several paths around the village of Pathhead, allowing locals and visitors a great opportunity to have a walk around the local countryside.  These great new paths have made it easier for people to get out for some exercise, fresh air and be close to nature.

There's more information and a look at the paths in the video link as Mark McCafferty, Health Walk & Mobility Officer takes you on a quick tour on the paths.
